Will my order and personal details be kept anonymous?

Yes, they will be. Our company doesn’t share your information with any other third parties and we minimize the internally distributed information as well. All employees sign special non-disclosure papers so they are limited in sharing your details outside of the firm.

Can I pay with currencies other than USD?

All transactions are made with PayPal, bank transfers that will convert the currency you use to the dollar. The exchange rates will be reflected accordingly.

Will I be able to pay using my own bank account?

You will, in a way. We don’t offer an ACH or Direct Bank Payment through our website. However you will be able to pay with a Bank Account through PayPal. Simply link your bank account to PayPal and choose the bank as your method of payment at checkout.

Am I able to pay with BitCoin?

Yes that is possible. Select the BitCoin/CryptoCurrency option on checkout and you will have the possibility to pay using BitCoin. Follow the provided instructions. Usually, BitCoin payments take around 60 minutes to be confirmed so keep that in mind. We will not begin an order until the payment is fully processed. Please note that due to BitCoin isn’t allowed in states such as New York and Washington. Use a VPN or Proxy if you are in those states to make purchases from SOCIALPARTNERS.

Can I pay using PayPal?

Sure. Choose the PayPal option when checking out. You will the be redirected to PayPal and finalize the payment.

What to do if the credit card gets declined?

The first step would be to contact your bank and find out why the transaction didn’t go through. If it comes down to a flagging issue, simply inform them that the charge is authorized. Alternatively you can use other payment options (PayPal or BitCoin).

Can I request replacements?

We tend to provide the most reliable service out there. We therefore include a Retention Guarantee free of charge. If there is a drop of Likes, Followers, Views etc. please let us know. The warranty will kick in and you will get them replaced at your request.
